Call reroute IVR

Hello Everyone,

I have just set up elastix and actually managed to get everything working great.

I do have a question on a feature thou.

I want to set up an “after hours” ivr that when someone calls for an after hours need they can press an option on their phone and have that call routed to an external phone number.

What and how would I set this up. I dont know what the feature would actually be called, so I really couldn’t look up the procedure.
