Call Recordings Page

Hello,
My client has the Call Recordings module and we are currently experiencing a problem that all incoming calls are not able to be played back. Now if I go into CDR I can listen to the calls but cannot download them. They are a company that needs to have the ability to download those at any point. They are currently using the user portal to do so but we have given them access to the freepbx server so they can use that module but it currently does not function as intended. I have tried updating that module as well as going back to a previous version. If anyone has any insight into how to get it to download the incoming calls or if I need to provide more information please let me know.

What version of FreePBX?

Recording calls are in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/

It is version 2.11.0.38, the recordings are in fact there in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor they just do not download from the Call Recordings module under reports.
