Call recordings not in CDR reports when a call goes to viocemail

Has anyone else had an issue with call recordings not showing up in CDR reports when a call goes to voicemail after Call recording module 13.0.12. This has been a major issue for us and if this is the behavior from here out we will be stuck at this version. The way it works for us on Call recording module 13.0.11 is all inbound calls are recorded no matter where they end up. After updating above 13.0.12 calls to voicemail are not recorded. We use the call recordings to verify the quality of the lead source providers. Just wondering if anyone else has been affected.
