Call recordings not being delivered to user panel

I am using AsteriskNOW 11.5.1 with FreePBX

My system was recording calls and delivering them to the user panel for that extension up until about an hour ago. I can see the recorded calls in the var/spool/asterisk/monitor but they are not showing up in the “monitor” column of the user portal.

Any idea what to check?
