Call Recordings Module

If the type is ‘Queue’ or ‘rg’, I am unable to right click and save the WAV file. This is frustrating for customers as they wish to save and email the recordings and most of their calls come in to queues and ring groups.

Is this intentional? If it is not, is there a way to fix this so we can download/save the queue and ring group calls?
