Call Recording

Hi

i’m trying to enable call recording for 1 extension, steps taken so far

under extension set call recording to yes

so in theory these should show in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor ?

just made a test call and see no wav’s listed.

what am i missing

Set all to ‘force’ then check in CDR

@PitzKey and there it is exactly what i was looking for thank you, where is the actual location it stores on server i can’t see under monitor in var/spool/asterisk/monitor?

ok all sorted i ran a find command for all wav files and found the location what was throwing me was i was searching using winscp and dsoh i forgot to refresh.

find . -name *.wav

Thanks! It listed all your .wav audios, right? It was on /var/spool/asterisk/monitor ?

yes listed all audio

and this file was in var/spool/asterisk/monitor/year/month/day
