Call recording reports

HI there. It seems the Call Recording reports still isn’t working correctly (at least for me). When clicking on it and choosing Latest Records, it will say Loading for a while and then come back with ALL the recordings on the system. Thousands and thousands of them. It always takes about 4-5 minutes to do it. It’s incredible frustrating and first I thought it was locked up. What could be causing it to do this ? I’ve tried uninstalling it and reinstalling. Upgraded everything to the newest version in all modules. I can’t rollback to the older 13 version that I know worked since it seems that feature is gone now. What can I do please ? Am I the only one experiencing this problem ? It’s been going on for a few months now.
