Call Recording Reports (Commercial) 0 second duration recordings

Hello-

I am running into an issue where call recordings just aren’t showing up in the Call Recordings Report commercial module since upgrading to the Edge version.. I have had to roll back in order for things to work normally.

Any ideas?.. These call recordings of 0 seconds are making it impossible to find real recordings… and upgrading to the latest version causes the module to freeze when searching for recordings.
