Call Recording Reports (Commercial) 0 second duration recordings

Hello-

I am using FreePBX Distro 14 with the Call Recordings Report Commercial Module.

I am using call queues where extensions may be rang and not answer before moving on to the next extension in line. The system is logging a recording for these 0 second calls which are showing up in the call recording reports which is making it hard to find legitimate call recordings.

Is there any way to get rid of these 0 second duration recordings? Screenshot below… Thank you!

I have temporarily solved this with a cron job but was hoping for a more permanent solution…

sudo find /var/spool/asterisk/monitor/ -name “*.wav” -size 44c -delete

Yes. Upgrade to edge and there will be a setting in advanced settings to clean them up nightly!

Hey Andrew-

Thanks for the reply, I upgraded to the edge version and see this setting… but I have a problem.

Now when I select a date to view recordings, nothing populates:

I had this problem before, so I had to downgrade the Call Recordings Report module to 14.0.1.13 to get my recordings to populate. Any ideas as to what’s causing this?

EDIT: Looks like the call recordings are populating – it just takes a couple of minutes for some reason.

Hello-

I am running into an issue where call recordings just aren’t showing up in the Call Recordings Report commercial module since upgrading to the Edge version… I have had to roll back in order for things to work normally.

Any ideas?.. These call recordings of 0 seconds are making it impossible to find real recordings… and upgrading to the latest version causes the module to freeze when searching for recordings.

Use commercial module support. We won’t be able to debug this without looking at it. Did I mention it’s free? No? It’s free.
