When I click on Call Recording Report I expect to get a message that the feature is not licensed and the corresponding product page. Instead I get a completely white page. Looking at the source code, it’s 0B with no HTML. This is in multiple browsers, on multiple machines, and it persists after a system reboot and a full module and framework upgrade. I want to purchase this module but I’m concerned it won’t work correctly. This is a pre-production system, so I don’t have any recordings. Could this be why?
Look at your logs in /var/log/httpd/

No resolutions, unfortunately.
Sorry I do not see a bug report on this. Its a simple fix I am sure but without a bug reported at issues.freepbx.org no developer is going to catch this.
