Call recording, problem with archive_recordings script

I’m sure I’m missing something simple here, but there’s something wrong with my installation as I just cleared out /var/spool/asterisk/monitor and made a test call so there was only one recording in there, then I ran archive_recordings and this is the output:

[email protected]/var/lib/asterisk/bin# ./archive_recordings --mp3 --debug

The file was not converted to mp3, and it was stored in orphans. The test call was made internally from xtn 166 to xtn 101

Any ideas what I need to fix?
