Call recording now not working

Hi

The system I’m running:

AsteriskNOW 1.50 install - fully updated as of 08.09.10

FreePBX 2.8.0.2
Asterisk 1.4.35

Running on a FitPC2 with 1GB RAM, 1.6GHz CPU, 160GB SATA HD

Apologies if this has been addressed in another post, I’ve searched and been unable to find a resolution.

Call recording used to function, prior to the last update I performed. Now even if I set ‘Record Incoming’ and ‘Record Outgoing’ to ‘Always’ under ‘Recording Options’ on whichever extension I’m on, I get no recorded calls. *1 during a call also does not now initiate a recording.

Just to confirm, I’m looking in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor for the recordings - this hasn’t changed as the correct location has it?

Any help as to work out why this isn’t working would be most appreciated.
