Hello,
I have an inbound route with “Call Recording” set to don’t care. The call goes through some Time Conditions and Call Flows and ultimately ends up going to a “Call Recording” with an announcement. The Call Recording is set to “Force”.
Basically, we want all inbound calls recorded after an announcement.
I was just listening to some calls (don’t do it often) and I notice that it’s no longer recording the announcement. For compliance reasons, I’d really like to have that recording start with the playing of that announcement.
Any idea what might have changed? I am running FreePBX 13.0.191.11.
