Call Recording files when using 'Administrator' are not all visible


I have call recording successfully working & when i log in using an extension username/password i can successfully see the CDRs and play the recording.

Unfortunately when i log in using the FreePBX Administrator login, although i see all calls…i can see only the icon to play recorded calls besides very few - seems to be only the extension to extension calls.

I have tried accessing ‘setting’ and placing call recording to ‘Always’ from http://x.x.x.x/recordings (admin account) but it just automatically flips back to ‘on demand’. I dont even know if this is the reason why i’m not seeing the play icon next to all recordings in the Admin account

help please:(
