Call Recording does not include macro playback sounds or macro pitch-shift adjustments

I have DYNAMIC_FEATURES set up in globals_custom.conf using features defined in extensions_custom.conf (as macros which use PITCH_SHIFT or Playback(tt-monkeys), for example), mapped to keys in features_applicationmap_custom.conf

I have tried setting up call recording to only record inbound, outbound or all but the recordings never include any pitch shift or sounds that are played.

Is there a different way to define these fun modifications or to set up the call recording specifics such that the recording is of the callee’s audio instead of the caller and includes the altered audio?
