Call Park can not retrieve call after parking

After Upgrade to 6.12.65-32 when you place a call on park 70 it shows in BLF Park 1 but you can not retrieve . Also tested with transfer to 70 transfer and still stuck on park 1

what does it do when you dial 71 to pick up parked call
