Call on Hold

I called a business, they put me on hold. Now, I supose to hear MOH of the business; instead, I hear MOH of my own machine in TrixBox.

Is is a buy?

Additional info: this happens when I use BroadVoice line to call BroadVoice customer service.

If I use service other than BroadVoice to call Broadvoice customer service, it is normal–I hear MOH of BroadVoice customer service.

But, it did not happen befoe when I use FreePBX2.2.x.

Now, I am using TrixBox2.3.x, it happens.

Assuming it really is your box generating the hold music (check the CLI), check the “Asterisk Outbound Dial command options” in your General Settings and remove the “t” option if it is set and see if that makes a difference.
