Call monitoring

I can’t find this option in my FreePBX, Asterisk Version: 13.19.1 pls help me.

Permissions for all UCP features are managed in User Management:

pls bro can you send me a sc,because i can’t find to my PBX

i install the freepbx in virtual box but i dont change the ip to static
when i try to connect from web i cant
see the sc
