Call Monitor

I was wondering is there a way to when you monitor a call of two CSR’s talking to talk to one with out the other hearing you? Below is what I am trying to do

Customers calls the CSR and me the manager is listening to the conversation. I want to tell the CSR something with out the customer hearing me. The questions is that if this is possible? Any help would be great!!!
