Call Monitor Issues

I am having a problem with the ARI Call Monitor interface. I can see all incoming and outgoing calls just fine, but the link the listen to the recorded conversation never appears.

I have checked to make sure the file is being recorded. It is being saved to ‘/var/spool/asterisk/monitor’. It is in the following format:

g11-20090617-161435-1245273275.545.wav

The main.conf.php file points to the /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory.

The Call Monitor interface shows the call but does nothing appears in the ‘Monitor’ box. I have also noticed that the check box that should be the left of the date is not on the page either.

I am running Asterisknow 1.5 updated to the latest versions. Any help would be appreciated.
