Call Monitor --- Getting "DB Error: unknown error" when selecting Call Monitor link in ARI

Receiving the following error “DB Error: unknown error” when selecting Call Monitor under the Recordings Tab. I do have recorded calls in /var/spool/asterisk/monitor directory just don’t show a link to these files in Call Monitor to be able to replay them. I do see Voice Mail recordings under the Voicemail link…

Installed versions:
Core setup 2.5.1.3
Feature Code Admin setup 2.5.0.3 Enabled
FreePBX ARI Framework setup 2.5.2.rc1
