Call logs reporting

What plugins do you use for call log reports?

I need something that is better than the built in CDR report as that doesn’t gets the reports correctly and need to

Our call flow is as follows: we have 4 extensions 1,2,3,4

if a customer calls on ext1 if ext1 doesnt answer then it goes to queue 5555 and the queue distributes the call randomly to one of the extensions 1,2,3,4.

What do you mean with “doesn’t gets the reports correctly”?
Any other software will probably base the reports on the asteriskcdrdb database.
Did you try to use CEL to understand the call flow ?

if a call goes to ext 1, if extension 2 picks up the call it is showing answered on both extension 1 and 2

CDR is not the right place to look at if queues are involved. You need to go for queue_log if you want to make sense of what happened.
