Have a FreePBX install that has been running for 6 weeks or so. Couple of dozen users. Mostly works, few little sound quality issues we’re working thru.
Today’s problem however is that when I go to the Reports tab to see if I can find some Call Logs it doesn’t seem to have any data. I’ve tried all the different kinds of reports, tried to specify date ranges, tried everything I can think of but…“No calls in your selection” is what it always tells me.
There doesn’t seem to be any documentation on this module so I don’t know if I’m missing a step or if it’s just broken.
Any guidance?
