Call into queue from outside number

Is there anyway I can log into the queue as an agent from an outside number (my mobile number)?

sure - lots of ways to do it. here is what we did

set up a did that goes to an ivr where we tell the agent to press 6 to log in and 0 to log out. pressing 6 uses a misc. destination that dials the appropriate feature code. dialing 0 does the same but a different feature code
