I am using Trixbox 2 and I am trying to setup a system to where a caller calls in to the Digital recpetionist and then may transfer to an exten. or another ivr but when they do the caller ID is emailed to me. Has anyone tried Hoodahek and will that work for me. I am new to all this and need all the help I can get.
I have the same question! It took me about 2 days to find Hoodahek as a possible answer to the problem. I’m also wondering if the emailed CALLER ID info will reference a specific extension through the IVR when a person calls. I’m new to all of this and don’t have any programming skills. Would anybody happen to have any specific install advice with regard to JUST installing the email portion of Hoodahek. http://www.hoodahek.com
