Call History not showing up on devices but showing CID when call comes in

I have an issue with a system that had a hardware failure and I had to rebuild. It was not allowing changes or updates to apply. After I deployed the new system which I programmed on v14, it reverted to v12 which is what the original was on and now when a call comes in it shows the CID but when you press the history button it does not show any calls made or received after the deployment of the new system. Any ideas?
