Guys, would anyone know what could be the cause of calls going directly into voicemail? Calls are not ringing the extension, but going directly into VM. also I am trying to register a Soundpoint ip320 but no luck. All extensions I set up on Fpbx show offline. Thanks in advance.
If your extensions show offline, obviously they are not registered, which would result in the call not reaching/ringing the extension. Therefor it goes to the voicemail, which is on the server.
