I have Pin Sets enabled on my Outbound trunk and when I do a call forwarding via Ring Groups or Follow me, it asks the caller to enter a Pin (From Pin Sets). How do I allow calls being forwarded to an external number to bypass the PIN sets?
Thanks

Hi,
Same issue here, have the primary trunk assigned with a pinset.
Everything works fine except, when a user blind transfer a call on hold to an external mobile number, the person being transfer is requested to enter a pin.
How can this be bypassed?
