Call forwarding issue

Hi,

I’m trying to setup an out-of-hours number which will forward all calls to the mobile.

I have assigned the number to a separate DDI and when rung DDI goes to the new ring group which calls the mobile number. The ring group extension number is 606.

The problem is when I call 606 from my internal extension (for example 505) it rings my mobile but when I call it from the outside to DDI it doesn’t work and goes to “BUSY” after a period of time.

Any ideas what can be wrong ?

Just to make things clear I added # after my cell phone number in the extension list to call in the ring group.

The problem exists also when I try to use queue or Follow Me.

When I call internally it works when calling onto DDI it doesn’t :(.
