Is it possible to enable call forwarding from another phone? For example, if I am helping someone at their desk for a while, and I want to forward my calls to their phone while I am sitting there.
Are my only options to enable Follow Me in the user portal? OR to enable forwarding from my phone?
Okay, *72 works perfectly. I am prompted for a source and destination extension. *74 disables forwarding.
You might want to use the call forward function in the “feature code” module in FBX. Something like a *72…from your phone to the destination phone.
