Call forward problems

I’m using FreePBX 2.8.1.0 and Asterisk 1.8.2.2. When I forward a call via the user portal everything works fine. However, when I want to de-activate the call-forward, again via the user portal, the problems begin.

First of all, calls continue to be forwarded until I restart Asterisk.

Secondly, even after the restart, the FOP still shows that calls are forwarded (CFWD to <ext.>).

I’ve searched various forums but can’t identify this as a known bug. Any help would be appreciated.

over a week later and after several restarts the FOP is still showing the CFWD. Any ideas where this is coming from, “database show CF” is showing nothing?

yes, de-activating from the phone seems to work, but the fop is still showing the CFWD, even after a restart.

Can you disable call forwarding from the telephone?
