Hi All,
this may sound odd, but internally when I intercom an extension after the alotted time 15seconds the call is forwarded to voicemail, but when reception transferrs a call to the same extension I get a ring no answer. I have not setup any call forwarding on the extensions themselves, I was under the impression that this would not need to be done. Please help
