Hi All,
I recently change call records location in freepbx, System recording calls to new location without problem. CDR reports show calls recorded and playing fine, only issue is when I search from Call Event Logging menu all recordings are showing in the list but when I click to play any recordings it says “File does not exist” error.
I assume that “Call event logging” does not know the location of the new files, how can I tell it? Or how can i correct this error?
