Call drops after 10s both outbound and inbound

I am clueless as to why the calls are being dropped after the 10s. Any sort of knowledge is welcomed.

Never mind I solved the issue (Rookie mistake). I originally tested the system on my home network and when I moved over to the client I forgot to make the necessary adjustments to the NAT settings. Hopefully this helps someone else who have this issue.
