Need help on the scenario where an inbound calling will be divert to external numbers (mobile number) when no SIP phone are registered.
We have 1 telephone number, +(6)03-1111-2222, with only 1 channel.
We can setup the “follow me” with no issues. Calling from internal from 1 Sip phone (softphone1) to another Sip phone (softphone2), was able to forward the call to an external mobile number without any issues, when the softphone2 failed to be pick up or answered.
