Call Details Records Not Listed Properly in FreePBX Reports

Hello!

I’m having an issue with my Call Details Records not being shown properly through the “Reports” tab in FreePBX. None of the calls made in the last 3 months are being shown (previous ones are!). I imagine they stopped working following a FreePBX upgrade, although no error messages are shown anywhere (at least as far as I can tell). Strange part is /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv actually contains the full up-to-the-minute call logs. But the Reports tab in FreePBX doesn’t display the latest data.

I’m using FreePBX 2.9.0.9 with Asterisk Asterisk 1.8.8.1 on Ubuntu 10.04 LTS. Does someone have any advice on how to start debugging this? I would like the Reports tab to generate accurate reports.
