Call center option?

Hello
so now I have a working Freepbx (after many people here help me to setup)

I want to add a “Call-Center” option
just to see I understand correct :
I have 10 extenstions that can connect each other without any prolems.
I want to create a “Main extenstion” that will be able to get more then 1 call

so I need to install 3 sipphone apps to the same user \ setup something in the config?
or I need to setup something else?

You would typically do this with the Queue or RIng Group module, using the existing extensions as the final destinations.

I can see I have “Ring Groups” module install
I have found this guide
