Calendar PHP Time Error (For me solved - Link in Posts)

Hello Community,

I would like to set a time condition that is implemented via calendar.
I can enter everything that is routed when and how. I click submit, I get time php error.

My configuration is:
Debian system and freepbx installed according to instructions.
It´s a KVM Mashine.

Now the error message:

PDOException (22007)
SQLSTATE[22007]: Invalid datetime format: 1366 Incorrect integer value: ‘’ for column asterisk.timeconditions.time at row 1

Is it a Bug, or a configuration Error?

Can Anybody Help me, or is it to less Information?
