Is there a solution to jump to another extention, if the one requested in dial plan is inactive (softphone on a PC, but PC not online or not ready), without using follow me setup, to,avoid spending time in ring on the first unreachable one ???

not completely sure what you are trying to do. But I’ll take a guess.
If you want calls coming into Bob and if he is NOT there have them fail over to his Assistant. try and create a ring group. It can try his number first and if it is not it will go to the next one in the group.
but as a simple extension setup there is not a option to define a “assistant” or fall back number if not available/online/registered, etc.
