Bulk Handler on Templates?

Hi All,

I have a customer with 30 S700 phones which have EXP100 sidecar attached. They would like to have different button layouts for most everyone and it would be much simpler if I could put this into a csv and import like the Bulk Handler. It takes a while when using the template compared to a spreadsheet. Anyone know if this is possible?

Just enable UCP overides and let the end users manage their buttons inside UCP that way you are not creating new templates for each user.

Thanks I recommended that, but they’d like the buttons configured a certain way for each user the day it hits the desk.
