I was trying to use the bulk import to create extensions and noticed that there is no place to enter the information needed for End Point Manages such as the MAC address. Is there any integration between EPM and bulk extension import?
I have used the “Import/Export My Devices List” to link my MACs to my Extensions. Hope it helps what you are trying to accomplish. 
Is it me or you cannot specify in EPM Avanced Setting Import tool which template a phone is configured with ?
