Bulk DIDs - minor errors on the page

Getting into the bug tracker is rather intimidating so I just posted in here:

V2.11.0.0.

Field # 1 has a description “Add, Delete, or Edit an Extension.”

This was obviously copied from the Bulk Extensions application, but ‘Extension’ should read ‘Inbound Route’ or similar

Details of Field # 3 looks wrong
