Bug on interface “Call Flow Control Toggle: Edit”

I do not know if it’s the place to report it:

interface “Call Flow Control Toggle: Edit” at the time of the first creation if you do not specify the “Current Mode” the system comes with a set of PHP errors and valve a blank record
