After checking and testing it appears we have a time zone error on OSS EPM.
Under advanced settings you setup a default time zone, then when generating model specific templates you create a model.cfg and then extensionsmac.xml.
We are properly seeing the ( EST ) :
<Time_Zone ua=“na”>GMT-5:00</Time_Zone>
for the phones, however no matter what is changed the only thing we see in the model.cfg is:
<Time_Zone ua=“na”>GMT-08:00</Time_Zone>
Created new templates, saved tested multiple time zones with the same results every time.
I don’t believe it’s model related, but in this case it was an SPA504G.
