Box is slowing down

I have a FreePBX virtual server (FreePBX 16.0.40\Asterisk 16.27.0)

For some reason it is slowing down. What I mean is when you call into the box there is now a pronounced silence prior to hearing the opening announcement (almost like it is taking longer to route to the inbound route), some audio artificing, and agents are no longer able to “press 1 to pickup” or for non-confirm call they just cannot hear the caller. In addition to this the reload times begin to spike. I am not sure what’s wrong, the box does not seem too busy. Any ideas on the issue, or more importantly, how can I fix it?

addendum:
CEL is off
The Asterisk Info page also takes a long time to come up too

Do you see any delays in the call trace? Can you please share one via pastebin?

Any quick thoughts are greatly appreciated because we are impacted again right now. It is happening now, seems like all queues are having trouble answering queue calls (press 1). There is a delay in picking up the call and the audio connecting to the agent. When I call an inbound route there is a noticeable delay with 7-9 seconds of dead air before the IVR announcement starts playing. We dont seem resource constrained only 40 active channels in use max. In htop I see the command /usr/sbin/asterisk -f -U asterisk -G -vvvg -c has been up for 47 hours, could that be causing the issue?

mysql also has a process up for almost 3 hours.
