In some cases, on an incoming call, we dial ## and nothing happens. It is not related to the particular extension since it seems to be with all our extensions. It is not related to the extension we are trying to transfer the call to. We dial ## and there is silence.
Enable DTMF logging in Settings, Asterisk Logfiles and watch the console/full log to see what’s going on.
