BLF stops working 3600 seconds after reboot

Hello Community,

please help me with a problem with blf on Snom phones.
We are using Snom D765 with FreePBX in Version 14.0.13.6.

BLF works directly after booting up the phones as expected. After 1 hour the blf function stops working.
While it is working we can see all extensions on subscriptions.htm. After settings refresh (3600secs) the subscriptions disappeared. After a reboot it works again for 3600 seconds…

In SIP Log we can see an unsubscribe event and don’t know, why this is happening.

Any idea what we can do to fix it?

Push
Any idea?

Do you have another (non-snom) device that you can test with to determine if its the server or the phone type?

Update phone firmware?

Do you notice any other issues after BLF stops working, such as unable to receive incoming calls? If so, there may be an issue with the NAT tunnel closing, and a lower registration expiration could help. I’m not sure if it’s relevant to your model, but another thing to check is a " user subscription expiry" value on your snom phone settings(http://wiki.snom.com/Settings/user_subscription_expiry). Maybe try decreasing that if it’s set at the default 3600.
