BLF Stop Working

We have many S700 phones most with EXP100 modules on the side. There are intermittent problems where BLF lights stop working and reboots of the phones do not help. Usually rebooting the PBXact fixes the issue.

Phones and PBXact are behind the same router.

Anyone else have this odd BLF issue?

What firmware version do you have?

EPM firmware is 1.46 which has

Hello,

Anyone else having these problems? Today, BLF lights stopped working on the reception phone. I can’t reboot the PBXact during the day and rebooting phone, EXP modules or both at the same time, have no affect. No lights next to the BLF entries however, pushing the BLF does ring the extensions.

Hi All,

It’s actually all phones (S700) on the PBXact do not have BLFs working. Turns out even though other phones had green lights on the BLFs, they didn’t change to red when an extension was in use. After reboot, the lights did not come back on. All was fine until Friday and suddenly stopped. I’ve rebooted the appliance a few times, with no difference. No lights on any BLF.

Anyone have any debug thoughts?

It appears this instance was not related to the previous BLF issue. The problem was hints most like from a failure with a previous apply config. Re-apply and hints generated correctly.
