We are using FreePBX 2.11 and Aastra 6737i phones. I have a BLF button set for *45 and it logs in and out the user to all queues. Is there a way to make this show red when they are logged in? Or some other way to accomplish what I want. There are over 5 queues so I want 1 button to show when users have used *45 without having a separate button for ever queue.
If I monitor a specific queue it works but not with *45. Any other work around?
Go do a core show hints in Asterisk CLI to see the hint.
