My receptionist has a SPA962 with two SPA932 attendant consoles daisy chained together. Between the two attendant consoles, we should have access to 64 programmable keys (32 per unit). When I added a couple of new employees last week, bringing us to a total of 61, only 59 keys will register that the corresponding extension is registered to the FreePBX box.
I double checked the programming for typos, moved users between keys, and removed programming. No matter what I do, I can’t get any more than 59 keys to light up appropriately.
I’ve been unable to find any documentation on this issue. Is there a limit in SIP Notify? I find it hard to believe it’s a problem with the phone/console unless one of them is defective. I do have the most current version of the firmware installed.
